Internet Marketing - European Wellness Cosmedical
European Wellness Cosmedical is a day spa in Southern California. We started our relationship with owner Britta by creating a website and helping to optimize her email marketing efforts. At that point, Britta was part of a doctor's office and trying to move out on her own. In late 2010, she achieved that goal.
We have now managed a consistent and ever-evolving internet marketing campaign for European Wellness for over a year. We maintain the website, which is constantly evolving. We manage social media including strategy, postings, design, and optimization. We manage email marketing, creating and sending communications several times each month. We also handle all internet advertisements, printed materials, and all other online resources such as directory listings and promotions.
Britta advertises almost exclusively through internet marketing and we know her business, services, and products very well. We've never met in person but get to know each other through Facebook, phone calls, and web conferences. It works very well and Britta has recommended us to several other clients in California as a result.
Britta will tell you that the return on her investment is immense. She sees results monthly and our evolving strategy has enabled her to grow to a point where she is now adding more staff and services.
